My business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm GMT. I do not work weekends or bank holidays. I endeavour to respond to all messages within 24 working hours. Messages received after 4.30pm on Friday will be responded to on the following Monday unless a bank holiday. My business is strictly online only. I do not have a bricks & mortar shop or offer a collection service. You can reach me by using this contact link.
Large Quantity Orders:
All of my items are handmade to order. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you are looking to place an order for 5 items or more so that I check that it is doable for you. I do not accept drop-ship/third party transactions. Any orders I deem to be for either of these or similar reasons will be cancelled. I do not offer wholesale or discounts as the prices here on my website are already significantly lower than on any other platform that I choose to sell on.
Custom Orders:
Due to my heavy day to day work load of shop orders I am no longer able to take on custom orders for new pieces.
Alterations:
Small alterations to some of my already existing items, such as the swapping of a charm or different bead colour, may be available. This however will very much depend on spare stock availability. All requests must be received in writing & agreed to prior to the placement of order.
Reserves:
I do not offer a reserve service.
Contract of Sale:
My contract of sale begins when the item/s purchased are marked as shipped.
My Right to Cancel:
Due to various past shipping issues on occasion I may decide to cancel/refund orders. Circumstances where I may choose to enforce this policy can include but are not limited to: items purchased for or by children under the age of 16 years, previous returnee/addresses, previous orders lost in post, buyer requesting a processing and/or delivery timescale that cannot be met/guaranteed, eCheque payments, orders with a College/University housing or halls of residence address, non-residential holiday accommodation, non agreed large quantity orders (see above).
Incorrect pricing due to error.
Payments:
PayPal payments only - please note you do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to make a payment via credit or debit card.
Only cleared payments will count as an order placed, Where there are delays in payment e.g. payments made by PayPal's eCheque requiring clearing time, I reserve the right to cancel the order.
International Sales:
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered are legally permissible to be imported into their country. They are also responsible for the payment of all taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees, and all other dues, duties and tariffs as may be incurred.
My Products:
All of the items I make are made to be worn by adults only and are not intended for children under the age of 16 years.
All of the findings I use, are of a plated finish unless otherwise stated. If you are sensitive to plated ear wires or plated jewellery in general, I advise you not to purchase. For full jewellery care and component information please see jewellery care. Where semi precious stones, coloured Jade/Howlite, crystals and other natural materials such as wood and bone are used in my designs please be aware these will vary from piece to piece due to their natural state and so exact replicas of those shown in my listing photos are not guaranteed. The colour of manufactured beads can also vary slightly from batch to batch. For items purchased on the same order with same colour beads, I will endeavour to match as close as possible.

All website content is for general information and can change without notice. I reserve the right to change, update, or correct any information, errors, or pricing on this website at any time without prior notice.
All of the information given within my shop and its listings regarding the attributes and/or properties said to be held by the gemstones and crystals I use in my designs are for educational and entertainment purposes only and thus are not intended to be taken as medical advice, to imply a guarantee in any way or to be taken as fact.
Every effort has been made by me to give a full description as possible and show true to colour photos but please be aware that due to individual monitor resolutions, colours can vary!
ALL of my designs/images/photos and descriptive text are subject to copyright law. ALL photos have been taken by me (The Charmed Maiden) Watermarks have been added by me showing my registered business name and/or my website address or Etsy shop address and can only be legally used here on my own website, on my Facebook/Pinterest page and within my Etsy or Folksy shop in order to advertise MY OWN handmade products.
