Orders:

All items are handacrafted by myself. Orders* are posted within 3 to 5 working days of receiving payment.

WORKING DAYS are classed as Monday to Friday unless a national or bank holiday (see below for 2025 bank holidays)

Shipping:

UK(ex NI*) Channel Islands & Isle of Man: Flat rate £3.60 Tracked - (Free on orders over £40) Estimated delivery time: usually between 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. *Unfortunately due to the new GPSR effective from 13/12/24 orders placed from or being sent to a Northern Ireland address are currently not being accepted. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

EU/Switzerland: *As above, due to the new GPSR effective from 13/12/24 orders are not accepted.

USA: Starts at £11.00 Tracked - Estimated delivery time: usually between 5 to 12 working days after dispatch.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracking. Delivery times given above are estimates only as I cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by customs, airport/postal strikes, bad weather, pandemics, act of god, misdirection & busy times of year such as Halloween & Christmas. In accordance with Royal Mail delivery requirements: please allow 10 working days for delivery within the UK & for deliveries to the US please allow 25 working days. 

NB: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

​I do not under any circumstances add messages to the outside of parcels with instructions to be left in unsecure locations, porches or with neighbours as sadly this has proven to be an invite for theft!

​I do not offer UK 'Next Day' or International 'Expedited Shipping'

Non Delivey:
- If for some reason your item could not be delivered & is returned to me, a new shipping fee will have to be paid by 'you' the customer before I can repost.

BANK HOLIDAYS 2025:

APRIL: Easter Bank Holiday Weekend: Friday 18th through to the 21st - orders placed from 12 noon Monday 14th April onwards will not be posted until the following week commencing Wednesday the 23rd of April. All orders received during this time will be processed & shipped in order of receipt.
