Payments:
Payments are made through PayPal, all major credit cards are accepted. You do not need an account with them to use.
Postage Costs & Shipping:
UK(ex NI) Channel Islands & Isle of Man: Flat rate £3.70 Tracked - (Free on orders over £40) Estimated delivery time: usually between 1 to 3 working days after dispatch**
Australia & New Zealand: Starts at £11.00 Tracked - Estimated delivery time usually between 10 to 25 days after dispatch**
USA: Starts at £12.00 Tracked (inclusive of new trade tariffs) - Estimated delivery time: usually between 5 to 12 working days after dispatch**
Orders:
All items are handcrafted by myself. Orders* are posted within 2 to 5 working days of receiving payment.
*Large quantity orders of 10 items or more. Please see the 'Large Quantity Orders' section of my Terms & Conditions for full details before placing your order, thank you.
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday unless a national or bank holiday (see below for 2026 bank holidays)
All orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracking. Some orders may require a signature on delivery. ***Delivery times given above are estimates only as I cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by customs, airport/postal strikes, bad weather, pandemics, act of god, misdirection & busy times of year such as Halloween & Christmas.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered are legally permissible to be imported into their country. They are also responsible for the payment of all taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees, and all other dues &/or duties as may be incurred.
I do not offer UK 'Next Day' or International 'Expedited Shipping'
I do not, under any circumstances, add written messages to the outside of parcels with instructions to be left in unsecure locations, porches or with neighbours as sadly this has proven to be an invite for theft.
Due to various shipping issues I no longer post to previous goods returned name/addresses, lost mail/theft claimants or repost to or accept further orders/payments from previous addresses/addressees where delivery problems of any kind have previously occurred on this website or through any other of my sales channels. I, The Charmed Maiden, reserve the right to cancel any such orders.
Orders to college/university accommodation addresses &/or halls of residence are sent at your own risk. If there is a part or full retention notice on your accommodations address your item may not be delivered.
**In accordance with the Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods Act as per Regulation 42 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 - 3 weeks from date of order for delivery to UK addresses and 8 weeks from date of order for addresses outside the UK (not including delay due to any/all *** stated above)

BANK HOLIDAYS 2026:
JANUARY: Thursday 1st (New Years Day)
APRIL: Easter Bank Holiday Weekend: Friday 3rd (Good Friday) through to Monday 6th (Easter Monday) - orders received after 12 noon on Tuesday 31st of March will not be posted out until Tuesday the 7th. All orders received during this time will be processed and posted in order of receipt.

DECEMBER: Friday 25th (Christmas Day)
DECEMBER: Monday 28th (Boxing Day- -substitute day)
